Follow there easy steps (Serves 4 – 6)
1kg diced blade steak, 1 sliced green capsicum, 1 sliced brown onion, 1 stick sliced celery, 1 diced carrot, 1 tin diced tomatoes (400g), 2 diced potatoes, 100ml beef stock.
Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a pan. Brown beef and onion before adding to slow cooker with remaining ingredients. including the contents of this jar rinsed out with the beef stock. Stir to combine. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Serve with crusty bread, mashed potato, pasta or rice and top with sour cream and flat leaf parsley.
